Hand rubbed with our secret spicy rub, these racks are homegrown and picked at their prime for an extremely tender experience. These are by far the finest you have ever put in your mouth and are sure to make you want to rub some of your own. Cafe Areola encourages additional rubbing after service to enhance your appetite.
* Served with one semi-bearded clam and sweet butter buns. Definately a Cafe Areola favorite.
Little Pink Snapper

~ Fresh Little Pink Snapper ~

So fresh the lips are still moving. Carefully chosen for freshness with no fishy or low tide smell, just an exciting hint of fresh sea air. Although these Little Pink Snapper are best eaten raw and are served beardless, bearded and or friction heated Little Pink Snapper are available on request (please allow extra time for friction heating).
* Served with a large brown or pink Calamari Ring.
* Due to flowing juices, this is only served with a bib in our garden dining area.
